In-house delivery

If you have eight or more managers who need the same programme, we come to your office. We tailor exercises to your company's real situations so participants practise with problems they actually face.

In-house pricing is a flat day rate rather than per-person. That makes it more cost-effective once you have eight or more participants, and the cap stays at 14 to keep the group small enough for genuine practice.

A half-day in-house session costs £2,200 + VAT. A full day is £3,600 + VAT. The two-day new manager programme is £6,400 + VAT. These rates include facilitator travel within England; Scotland and Wales bookings carry a £250 travel supplement.

Before the workshop, we hold a 45-minute briefing call with your HR lead or the booking manager. During that call we learn about the specific challenges your managers face, the language your organisation uses, and any sensitive topics we should handle carefully. We then rewrite the case studies and role-play scenarios to match your context.

Printed materials for all participants are included. If you need us to provide lunch and refreshments at your venue, we can arrange catering for an additional £22 per person.

Frequently asked questions

If your question is not here, email us at [email protected] or call +44 28 8832 8509.

Yes. If your organisation books five or more places across any combination of open workshops within a 12-month period, we apply a 10% discount to all bookings. You do not need to book them all at once. Just let us know your company name when you enquire and we will track the total.

Cancel more than 14 days before the workshop date and you receive a full refund. Between 7 and 14 days, we refund 50%. Within 7 days, the fee is non-refundable, but you can transfer your place to a colleague at no extra cost. We send a confirmation email with the exact cancellation deadline when you book.

We ran online workshops during 2020 and 2021 and found that the practice-heavy format loses too much over video. Role-play exercises, in particular, work far better when people are in the same room. For that reason, all our current programmes are in-person only. If you are based outside England and travel is difficult, get in touch and we can discuss options.

All facilitators hold at least a Level 5 qualification in coaching and mentoring (ILM or CMI accredited). More importantly, each has managed teams of ten or more people for a minimum of five years in sectors including technology, healthcare, financial services and logistics. We pair facilitators with groups based on sector relevance where possible.

Open workshops typically fill four to six weeks before the date. We publish dates three months ahead. For in-house delivery, we need at least three weeks of lead time to prepare customised materials, though four to six weeks is ideal.

We offer a 15% discount for registered charities and NHS trusts. Local government and other public-sector bodies receive 10% off. Mention your organisation type when you get in touch and we will confirm the adjusted price before you commit.
